Enter your email address as it is in ezEdMed. Click CONFIRM EMAIL. Check your email for the password reset message from info@infohandler.com. It may take a minute to arrive.

Once received, click the embedded link to confirm your email address and that you wish to continue. You may have to copy and paste the link into your browser. The link will take you to the password reset page where you can enter your new password.
